Tomorrow the challenge starts.
And tonight I shall be enjoy a chinese takeaway and a glass of wine and have to eat up a lot of processed food tonight ready for the beginning of my challenge.
Today's pre-challenge food consisted of
Breakfast - leftover yule log (ooops!!! but homemade!!!)
Lunch - Spaghetti bolognaise and curly kale (homemade)
Dinner - Takeaway!!
The plan for tomorrow starts with porridge in the slow cooker, leftover soup for lunch, and a roast pork dinner in the evening. Snacks will include hummous and veggies, homemade christmas cake, homemade mince pies (mincemeat from scratch last year as well!!!) and fruit. Tomorrow will be a good first day. The only question is - Does wine count as processed? Or will I have to start crushing grapes?
